Overview


Primary :



Review and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and code specifications to design and implement layouts for industrial electrical systems and appliance installations. Assist in the installation and commissioning of commercial and industrial-grade electrical appliances, ensuring proper integration with facility power systems and control interfaces. Install, inspect, and service electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and related components for commercial and industrial applications. Conduct electrical testing procedures to verify continuity, voltage, current, and resistance across various equipment and installations, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Participate in retrofit and upgrade projects for outdated electrical systems, improving energy efficiency and operational reliability. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, voltage regulators, and reactors used in industrial power distribution systems. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of electrical components, tools, and installation materials. Provide technical guidance and support to clients during appliance installation, upgrades, and maintenance visits, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Fabricate, wire, and install custom electrical panels and enclosures tailored to client specifications, including load balancing and circuit protection. Prepare detailed service reports, installation records, and compliance checklists for internal tracking and client reference. Service and repair electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial batteries, and integrated hydraulic/pneumatic control systems supporting automated and appliance-based operations. Diagnose and resolve faults in industrial electrical and electronic control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and appliance automation interfaces. Execute scheduled maintenance programs for electrical appliances and systems, maintaining detailed service logs and compliance records. Perform final inspections and quality assurance testing on completed installations to verify performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. May install, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation and monitoring devices associated with electrical appliance performance and control.

Additional Requirements:



Must have own hand tools, tool bag, impactor gun, safety shoes, and workwear. Must possess a valid G driving license. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred. Occasional work outside the city and province may be required. Travel, accommodation, and food expenses will be covered by the company.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
