Responsibilities:

As an

Electrical Foreman

at Alpine West System Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing our ongoing electrical project. Your role will involve leading a team of skilled electricians, managing resources, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. Interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide the installation process. Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and customer satisfaction. Providing guidance and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting professional growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following: slab, rough-in, finishing work, EMT, fire alarm, or distribution. High-rise projects experience an asset. Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members. Valid electrical journeyman/journeywoman or master license is highly desirable.
