• Oversight and coordination of electricians\' tasks and schedules.

• Design and organize wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and placements for electrical panels.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standards.

• Track project advancement to uphold deadlines and financial limits.

• Address and resolve electrical issues through effective troubleshooting and diagnosis.

• Provide comprehensive safety training and guidance to electricians.

• Manage procurement of necessary materials and equipment for projects.

• Perform regular inspections to guarantee the quality of electricians\' work meets set standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

• Demonstrated expertise with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and wiring.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in understanding and applying electrical codes and regulations.

• Strong ability to interpret and work with wiring diagrams and schematics.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Possession of a valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
