We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team. Job Summary: As an Electrical Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for utility construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for utility construction projects. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget constraints. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on all projects. \xc2\xb7 Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all personnel are trained and equipped with the proper safety gear. \xc2\xb7 Conduct performance evaluations for field personnel and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, construction management or related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility construction, with a focus on electrical systems. \xc2\xb7 Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of federal & provincial regulations related to construction. \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must have the ability to: \xc2\xb7 Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. \xc2\xb7 Work in all weather conditions. \xc2\xb7 Work in trenches and work at heights. \xc2\xb7 Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
