We are looking for an electrical engineering company located in Salaberry de Valleyfield, an Electrical Estimator
Reporting to the Department Director, you are in charge of the following tasks:
- Analyze customer needs
- Drafting of quotes
- Submit technical plans
- Calculate the materials and labor required for the proper implementation of the project
- Make price requests to subcontractors and external service providers
- Travel to the field as needed
- Collaborate with teams from all departments
- Good sense of organization and teamwork
- Meticulous and diligent
- Demonstrate autonomy
Your profile
-Experience of 2-4 years minimum on a technical position in industrial electricity
-Experience in estimating, an asset
-DEC or DEP in electromechanics or electrical engineering
- French-speaking profile, fluency in English, an asset
-Salary: $80k - $90k depending on experience
-Permanent position 40h/week in hybrid + benefits program
We are looking for someone who is technical first, proactive, autonomous and able to manage their priorities. We are open to a senior profile of electrical technician who would like to leave the tool belt to turn to a more administrative position at the project level.
