We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical design and oversight for our immersion-cooled modular data center systems - power distribution, relay protection, monitoring, and sensors. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, as well as proficiency in various software tools and programming languages. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical systems and components for various applications - power distribution, protection, monitoring, BMS/SCADA integration.
Create and analyze schematics and system designs using CAD software
Liaise and collaborate with thermal and mechanical teams to ensure co-engineering of electrical and cooling systems.
Liaise with vendors for vendor supplied components such as busway, power distribution panels. transformers, mechanical equipment etc.
Oversee electrical documentation: single line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, interface control documents (ICDs), specifications.
Perform electrical analysis: load flow studies, arc fault studies, short circuit studies and protection coordination.
Support implementation and commissioning: testing, validation, vendor coordination.
Participate in manufacturing processes to ensure designs are feasible for production.
Document design processes and maintain accurate records of project developments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - Power or Controls focus preferred
Hands-on with SCADA, BMS, electrical protection systems - relays, switchgear.
Experience with CAD tools for design purposes
Familiarity with interface documentation practices e.g., ICDs.
Knowledge of system design methodologies and best practices.
Experience in debugging hardware and software issues effectively.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to electrical components.
Experience with data center or critical facilities, immersion or liquid cooling is a strong asset
Strong communication for cross-discipline collaboration - electrical ? mechanical/thermal/controls
