What is the Opportunity?

The eLearning Producer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, scalable digital learning experiences that integrate instructional design principles with multimedia production. This role combines pedagogical thinking with technical execution to produce high-quality, accessible content that supports learner success.


Working closely with subject matter experts and the Digital Learning team, the eLearning Producer contributes to the design of instructional approaches while producing multimedia assets and managing content delivery through digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (primarily Moodle) and apps. The role ensures all learning materials are instructionally sound, visually compelling, technically functional, and aligned with organizational goals.



Main Duties & Responsibilities

Applying instructional design and learning design principles to support the development of effective and engaging online learning content. Developing multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Editing and producing video-based learning assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or equivalent. Managing and publishing content within a Learning Management System (primarily Moodle), including testing and troubleshooting. Collaborating with internal support teams to resolve technical issues related to digital learning products. Contributing to a collaborative team environment while managing independent tasks and production timelines. Performing other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in eLearning production, multimedia content development, or digital course creation. Proficiency in instructional and learning design methods for digital environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and multimedia learning frameworks. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including tools for video, graphics, and interactive content (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or equivalent tools. Experience using authoring tools such as H5P, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms. Familiarity with managing and deploying content in a Learning Management System (Moodle preferred). Working knowledge of LMS integration practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $79,000 per annum

Hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site, inclusive of all staff Community Days. Standard work week and office environment, with the occasional requirement to work outside of regular office hours where necessary. Fast-paced environment involving tight deadlines. Sitting for extended periods of time, with extensive computer use expected.
