In this role, you will deliver expert product and application support, resolve complex technical issues, and support internal and external stakeholders with in-depth knowledge and guidance on our low voltage products for Smart Power and Smart Buildings Canada. Additionally, you will perform technical evaluations of returned products and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. o Offer expert technical advice and troubleshooting support based on customer inquiries and application requirements. o Participate in technical meetings, sales calls, and product presentations to support business development and customer success. o Develop and deliver engaging technical presentations, and training sessions for both internal staff and external customers. o Act as a liaison between sales support and factory teams to ensure accurate communication and resolution of technical matters. o Assess complex customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions and configurations. o Conduct preliminary investigation and analysis of defective or returned products, including visual and physical inspections, to determine next steps (e.g., return to factory). o Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications for the role



Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or technical certifications relevant to the electrical industry. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in field services and technical support. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & CRM Platforms and product configurators (an asset). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms. Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with a collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach. Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
