AECOM is actively seeking an EHS change maker for Western Canada, offering a fulfilling career opportunity to a seasoned and enthusiastic professional to join our vibrant and expanding team.

Our clients are seeking more than just an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) consultant-they need problem solvers, creative thinkers who can tackle challenges with innovative solutions. As part of our dynamic and growing team, you will play a key role in scoping and costing projects, managing a diverse portfolio of work, and providing expert support for EHS management and regulatory consultancy across a wide range of clients and projects throughout Western Canada.

We\'re looking for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering compliance, management system, and/or audit advisory services to industry and government organizations. Your collaborative spirit will shine through in both proposal development and project execution.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Development and implementation of health, safety, and/or environmental management systems
  • Regulatory compliance support and creative problem-solving
  • Auditing and inspections
  • Audit program development
  • Training

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant EHS discipline
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Experience developing relationships with clients and directing teams of technical experts
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working within the EHS profession
Other Assets/Skills:
  • EHS professional designations in Alberta, or eligibility for registration (e.g., CRSP, EP(CEA, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated competency and knowledge of federal and provincial environmental legislation
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Exceptional project management skills, including verbal and written communication
