Duties

Prepare and cook eggs according to established recipes and quality standards, including scrambled, fried, poached, and other styles Maintain a clean and organized egg station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in proper working order Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal taste Assemble egg dishes efficiently for timely service during busy hours Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and maintain smooth workflow Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste while maximizing guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for team collaboration Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and adapt to evolving menu items
