As our EFS Team Member Engagement Lead, you'll be the champion of engagement initiatives, ensuring that every voice is heard and every individual feels empowered. You will craft strategies that bring people together, foster collaboration, and celebrate our shared success. This role is about more than just tasks--it's about making a real difference in people's lives and contributing to a workplace where everyone can flourish.


Accountabilities

Enhancing Team Member Engagement and Culture:

Lead and support the continuous development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive team member engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a thriving, productive, and connected workforce.

Data-Driven Insights for Engagement:

Actively seek and understand the power of a data-driven approach and will lean into analytics to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and track progress. Contribute to the analysis and reporting of engagement data.

Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Influence:

Communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences and digital platforms. Skilled at translating complex concepts into relatable messaging and leveraging the power of storytelling to connect emotionally and drive understanding. Effectively influence buy-in at all levels through compelling narratives and clear communication.

Collaborative Innovation in Engagement:

Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels, with an eagerness to learn about and contribute to innovative engagement approaches and technologies.

Change Management Support:

Support organizational change initiatives by assisting with communication efforts and providing support to team members throughout the process.


Skills, Experience and Requirements

Seasoned Professional:

Bring 4+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement and/or talent retention and attraction strategies.

Communication Virtuoso:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences and tell compelling stories.

Relationship Builder Extraordinaire:

Demonstrate a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels, fostering a sense of community.

People-Centric Passion:

Have a genuine passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment where employees thrive and feel genuinely valued.

ATB Advantage:

Completion of Digital Fluency, Data Literacy, and Client Mindset courses in Develop U is considered an asset (for internal candidates).


Additional Information
This position will be filled at either the Strategy Anaylst 6 or 7 level, depending on experience.
