We are seeking passionate and results-driven Educational Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with and support students and families from Arabic, French, Persian, Turkish, or Ukrainian-speaking communities, helping them choose the right education pathway and access high-quality educational programs tailored to their needs.
This role combines client advising with target-driven sales, perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people while also achieving results. Ideal for full-time professionals or students looking to gain experience in a fast-growing industry
Your main responsibilities will include promoting educational services, guiding families through OSAP (financial aid) and the enrollment process, and maintaining strong relationships within your community.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell educational programs to clients within the target community
Convert inquiries into active cases by explaining services clearly, ethically, and enthusiastically
Conduct consultations with prospective students or families to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and cultural centers
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns and outreach strategies
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and conversions
Provide outstanding support before, during, and after enrollment
Attend community events and represent the organization to increase brand awareness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Fluency in one or more of the following languages is required: Arabic, French, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, or Ukrainian
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform intermediate to advance-level tasks using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Google, and other software applications (CRM knowledge is a plus)
Sales experience, ideally in education, customer service, or a consultative role
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
Passion for education and helping others reach their potential
