The Educational Assistant plays a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. This position involves collaborating with teachers to facilitate instruction, manage classroom activities, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of teaching experience and administrative skills, making them an invaluable asset to the educational team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and facilitating engaging learning activities for students.
Mentor students in interactive and creative learning experiences.
Support instructors in delivering programs by researching resources and prepping classroom material.
Research and explore AI tools that can be used for curriculum design, student assessments and company operations.
Provide feedback on students, their achievement and foster a positive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and substitute if the occasion arises
Handle daily tasks to ensure smooth operation of the company
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language and ability to communicate clearly.
Interest in educational technology and AI-driven learning tools.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Passion for the field of education.
Patient, friendly, supportive and driven.
Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
Willingness to work in a tight team environment.
Solid Marketing knowledge to promote educational programs and initiatives effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
