Key Responsibilities




Provide administrative and operational support for daily program activities. Assist in implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and workflows. Coordinate, update and maintain Radiology scheduling system and related communications. Develop and maintain tracking systems for tasks, processes, and projects and provide details as requested/required. Assist in monitoring timelines and deliverables, flagging issues as needed. Work with radiologists and stakeholders to coordinate reading coverage and schedules. Act as a point of contact for scheduling/reporting inquiries and issues. Work closely with the Quality Coordinator to assist with projects in order to meet timelines and organizational goals. Contribute departmental updates and articles to the monthly QA Newsletter. Support the development of educational materials and process outlines. Provide backup to the Patient Flow Coordinator as needed, including rotational Saturdays. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
