Campus I (106, 20 - Sunpark Plaza SE) is looking for a professional willing to learn about and enhance our Fully Implemented Montessori Casa Program.

We have a position available in our Casa Program:

Casa Program - 3 years up to the age of 6
We are looking for a Child Development Professional who is looking for a new and wonderful challenge with a reputable Montessori organization.

The individual will hold a reputable Montessori Assistance certification or be willing to obtain one.

The individual will also have experience in a Montessori facility or reputable Early Childhood facility, has a passion, and 3-years experience in a toddler program working with children 3 years up to the age of 6.

We are looking for an individual who possesses professionalism, a Montessori soul, and great respect for very young children.

They must be coachable, a collaborator, hard-working, professional, and can invest in the MCHA vision, the program, and first and foremost the children.

Qualifications:

Holds a Montessori Assistance certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Must hold a Child Development - Level 3
At least 3-years of classroom experience with Casa aged children ( 3 years up to the age of 6)
Current First Aid certification
Current and valid Criminal Record Check

Able to work an 8-hour rotating shift between 7am and 6pm
Flexibility to attend after-hour functions such as team meetings, parent nights and etc.

Salary: $3100.00 /month plus the government top-up wage based on your Alberta certification.
