Job Summary

We are seeking a

passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 3

to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate, play-based programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open and respectful communication. Guide and support Level 1 and Level 2 educators in classroom routines and program delivery. Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Document children's learning, development, and experiences through portfolios and daily communication with families. Collaborate with the team to create inclusive strategies that support children of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
Qualifications

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 3 (Child Development Supervisor) certification

(required).

Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

Valid Child Care First Aid Certification

(must be maintained current). Strong knowledge of Alberta's licensing requirements and early learning best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to mentor and guide educators at Level 1 and 2. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
