Educational Assistant Alternative High School
Job Description
Jobworks Employment Education Programs Inc. invites applications to fill a term Educational Assistant position. The start date of this position is to be determined. Please note that the position is subject to funding approval.
Qualifications:
Hold or qualify for an Educational Assistant certificate or university degree/diploma
Experience working with at-risk youth 16-19 years of age
Able to work with students individually and in small groups
Able to work as part of a team
Should be a generalist who is familiar with a variety of high school subjects and electives
Must have a Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) and Child Abuse Registry Check that are current within three months.
