Promote and sell the College programs through various channels (phone, email, virtual or in-person consultations).
Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct student needs assessments and provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and enrollment processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach strategies to boost student enrollment.
Represent the College at recruitment fairs, webinars, school visits, and community events.
Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the student journey.
Coordinate with the other organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or a related sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with international students is an asset.
