Introduction:


The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is seeking an Education Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting CCA's Education and Gold Seal (GS) Certification Program. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, administrative experience, and a desire to help guide candidates through their GS certification journey. The coordinator will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, manage and process Gold Seal applications, and ensure the smooth operation of the Gold Seal program and education profiles.

Manager, Education & Gold Seal Certification Program


Key responsibilities:




Act as the first point of contact for applicants, employers, course providers, and associations. Manage application processing, records, payments, refunds, and certificate orders. Coordinate exams, exam registrations, and related reporting. Support and onboard Gold Seal Employers, maintaining records, assets, and communications. Create, schedule, and coordinate social media and website updates. Process course accreditations and maintain accredited course records. Support committee work, metrics reporting, and special projects. Administer Construction 101 and 102 programs, including e-textbook code distribution.

Qualifications:




Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum two years of customer service or administrative experience.

Skills and knowledge:


Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and digital tools. Experience managing social media schedules and updating website content is an asset. Ability to communicate orally in both English and French is an asset.

Salary range:




$50,000-56,000 annually. Compensation is to be determined at the time of hiring, based on the successful candidate's experience and profile.
