Ce cours examine les perspectives theoriques et les pratiques de leadership dans les milieux scolaires et plus particulierement en education en francais. Les etudiants decouvriront et analyseront la complexite des roles que sont amenes a jouer les leaders dans ces milieux et se situeront eux-memes par rapport a ces roles.
Position Requirements
Normally it is preferred that applicants will have a Ph.D. degree in Education appropriate to the area of instruction. Applicants should also have experience in the education system appropriate to the content of the course applied for, knowledge of, and experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum, knowledge and experience with Faculty of Education programs, and current knowledge of issues related to the course for which the applicant has applied. University teaching experience is an asset.

Must be fluent in French.
