Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in IT recruitment. We intervene on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your world. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.

We are looking for an EDI specialist for one of our customers located in Beloeil. This is a permanent remote position - The salary offered varies according to experience ($85,000 - $95,000).

Your tasks :

• Lead and coordinate EDI project activities with internal and business partners;
• Define and maintain EDI service offerings;
• Validate the impact of changes on current processes and inform partners;
• Develop test cases, test plans and participate in testing;
• Develop the necessary mapping on their platforms and route documents to their partners.
• Plan and coordinate implementations;
• Ensure proper documentation of business specifications (rules) and technical specifications (EDI maps);
• Train users on the EDI platform;
• Handle level 2 EDI incidents;
• Monitor EDI platforms.

Your profile :

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience and/or development in EDI
• Familiarity with key EDI documents related to the food industry;
• Familiarity with EDI communications (AS2, SFTP, FTP) and key service partners (VANs);
• Demonstrate good knowledge of integrated systems, more specifically of distribution modules
• Ability to manage several files in parallel and excellent organizational skills
• Significant knowledge of EDI mapping tools (Talend an asset);
• High degree of autonomy
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
