? Here's a glimpse of your daily responsibilities with us:

Process and follow up on orders via our EDI web platform to ensure accuracy of content, pricing, quantities, and deliveries; Manage the status of documents transmitted via EDI and efficiently resolve rejected items; Analyze merchandise discrepancies to complete deliveries and collaborate with various departments for stock replenishment; Issue pick tickets and labels to the warehouse to prepare EDI orders for shipment; Send ASNs and invoices once orders are completed; Respond to EDI customer inquiries and support our customer service department as needed.

Job Requirements



DEC in administration, logistics, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience (EDI experience is an asset); Intermediate Excel skills and solid general IT knowledge; Bilingual in French and English, essential for effective collaboration with our clients and representatives across Canada; Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn; Well-organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
