The Walia Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Technology & Digital Operations
to oversee all technology and digital initiatives across our retail and wholesale operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and management of our
website, mobile app, warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
, and
digital marketing platforms
.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology & Systems Management
Oversee and maintain all IT systems, including ERP, WMS, POS, and inventory management platforms.
Lead the integration of e-commerce, warehouse, and operational systems to streamline inventory, fulfillment, and reporting.
Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with best practices.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and software providers.
Digital Presence & E-Commerce
Oversee development, maintenance, and optimization of the company
website
and
mobile app
.
Coordinate online ordering, payment systems, and order fulfillment integration with warehouse operations.
Ensure optimal user experience, functionality, and performance.
Social Media & Marketing Technology
Oversee social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Track and analyze metrics to optimize engagement and sales conversion.
Collaborate with marketing teams or agencies to implement online promotions, email campaigns, and content strategy.
Strategic Leadership & Reporting
Provide insights and reporting on technology, operations, and digital performance to senior management.
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead or mentor internal IT and digital teams as the business scales.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems management, or digital operations, preferably in
retail or wholesale
environments.
Strong knowledge of
ERP/WMS systems
(SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Experience managing
e-commerce platforms, website development, and mobile apps
.
Familiarity with
social media marketing, SEO, and digital promotions
.
Excellent project management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
