Typical day

You'll contribute to the overall efficiency of the business by ensuring that stock is organized and that the back stock and warehouse areas are clean and tidy. You'll pick, pack and ship orders paying particular attention to the fine details that make for the most exceptional customer experience when opening their packages. You'll communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions and offer solutions to ensure a seamless web store experience. Utilize Inventory Management System to locate and fulfil orders being shipped from other Skiis & Biikes location Data entry Front end website maintenance, product PDP creation and image editing. Provide support to receive, checking in and putting away stock
Ideal candidate

React quickly to fulfilling new orders and customer in-store pickups Identify and report opportunities to continuously improve the online experience for Skiis & Biikes customers You're keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing and snowboarding. You're confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers. You care about your teammates and your customers. You're always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn't easy or doesn't come naturally to you. Fulfil and process orders with 100% accuracy High attention to detail is a must.
Ideal qualifications

Prior experience in e-commerce including retail business and fulfilment considered an asset Ski and Snowboard knowledge is an asset Ability to quickly learn new computing software Comfortable in a ever-changing, start-up-like atmosphere Proven organization skills and ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented work Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy High energy level with a strong work ethic Motivated to maintain an accurate and precise online presence for Skiis & Biikes Strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem-solving skills Comfortable with lifting boxes, when required Ability to handle repetitive tasks
