About Vivus Pets: Vivus Pets is an all-natural plant-based dog food company that is on the mission to create nutritious, healthy, and delicious pet foods for our furmily without harming other animals and the environment. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As the E-Commerce Specialist at Vivus Pets, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in refining our website UX/UI, scaling up e-commerce sales and expanding our presence in digital sales channels. Responsibility:

• Website Management and UX/UI Design
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the website\'s search engine rankings, driving organic traffic and visibility
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and Amazon, to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to improve the online offering and maximize sales
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance
• Maintain optimal stock levels for e-commerce, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory
• Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon
• Identify and implement strategies to expand the company\'s presence on additional e-commerce platforms, such as Chewy.com or other relevant marketplaces
• Produce a YouTube podcast channel and get Vivus on local podcasts to drive traffic to Vivus website
• Other e-commerce related tasks

Qualifications:

• University Degree or formal post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing; a Science or animal nutrition background considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of e-commerce development experience
• Strong problem-solving, strategic business thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Candidate must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate and must be able and willing to travel as required based on territory needs.
• Candidate must possess a full valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and access to a car.
• Passion for dogs and a genuine interest in the company\'s mission.

Employment period:

• From 1 Dec, 2023 to 30 Nov, 2024 (1 year)
