We are on the lookout for a dedicated E-commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute significantly to our online presence, especially in the Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Walmart marketplaces in Canada. Position: E-commerce Specialist

Job duties:

Oversee and manage Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Walmart accounts in Canada on a daily basis. Ensure account integrity, optimize performance metrics, and maintain timely fulfillment of customer orders;

Handle customer inquiries via messages and calls, providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty;

Create, maintain, and enhance product listings. Analyze sales data to develop strategies for promotions, stock replenishment, and new product launches;

Strategize, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms to increase visibility, drive growth, and maximize profitability. Monitor and report on campaign performance and sales events;

Proactively investigate and resolve any issues related to e-commerce platforms. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to maintain account health and ensure a positive customer experience;

Update inventory and product listings daily. Ensure pricing and listing accuracy, correcting any errors promptly to avoid disruptions in sales;

Work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content, including copy, graphics, banners, and promotions that align with brand strategy;

Monitor stock levels, manage warehouse inventory, and oversee product dispatching using internal systems. Ensure smooth reception and delivery of goods;

Conduct market research, review trade publications, and analyze sales data to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends;

Negotiate pricing, discounts, credit terms, and shipping arrangements with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency and supply chain operations;

Oversee and mentor junior team members, particularly in purchasing and inventory management tasks.

Job Term: Permanent, full-time

Salary: $31/hour; Working hours: 30-40 hours/week

Qualifications:
At least a 2-year diploma in business, marketing or a related program;
1-2 years of working experience in E-commerce operations;
Skillful in Microsoft Office software and the main e-commerce platform and related Apps;
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
Self-reliant and result-oriented;
Ability to balance multiple assignments while adhering to aggressive timelines;
Fluent in English in speaking and writing;
Other languages will be an asset, but not a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
