We are a growing bathroom vanity and home fixtures company serving customers across Canada and North America. Our focus is on delivering stylish, high-quality products while providing excellent customer service through both e-commerce and wholesale channels. As we continue to expand our online sales presence, we are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
The E-Commerce Sales Associate supports day-to-day online sales activities and customer interactions across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with online systems, and interested in e-commerce, sales, and the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Process online orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges
Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and order status
Maintain and update pricing and inventory details
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment
Support online promotions, sales campaigns, and marketplace activities
Assist with retailer and marketplace portals (training provided)
Track sales data, customer feedback, and basic performance metrics
Perform general administrative and sales support tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales support, customer service, or a related role (preferred)
Interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, sorting, simple formulas)
Comfortable working with order management systems and online platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with bathroom vanities, cabinetry, home improvement, or building products is an asset
Nice to Have (Assets)
Experience with online retailer or supplier platforms (e.g., Partner Home, Supplier Hub, CommerceHub, Supplier Oasis, Wayfair, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart)
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
Experience supporting B2B and B2C customers
