To accelerate our online business growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team and grow with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Channel Development and Management
Build and maintain the brand's presence across major e-commerce platforms such as
Shopify
, local group-buying and delivery platforms,
Uber Eats
,
DoorDash
,
Instacart
, and our own official website.
Manage daily operations of online stores, including product listings, content optimization, order processing, and customer relationship management.
Analyze key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, order volume, and return rates to optimize sales strategies and site layout.
2. Product Selection and Procurement Operations
Lead product selection, procurement, pricing, and inventory control processes in alignment with market demand and brand strategy.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Utilize sales data to refine product offerings and procurement plans to improve profitability and inventory turnover.
3. Online Marketing and Content Management
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions (e.g., flash sales, membership days, bundled offers).
Collaborate with designers and content teams to create brand-consistent copy, visual content, and short-form videos.
Work with local KOLs, wellness influencers, and content creators to expand brand reach and community engagement.
4. Customer and Data Management
Establish a user data management system including customer segmentation, repeat purchase tracking, and satisfaction surveys.
Leverage customer feedback and data analytics to continuously improve products and service processes, increasing customer retention.
Regularly prepare and present operational analysis reports with performance metrics and improvement recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce operations experience, including hands-on management of online store setup and operations.
Industry experience in food, health, FMCG, or retail is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms; experience in online procurement and inventory management is preferred.
3. Skills Requirements:
Ability to independently manage content editing, product listing, SEO optimization, and promotional campaign planning on e-commerce platforms;
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to utilize tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce backend systems to monitor sales performance and track key metrics;
Strong analytical skills in user behavior, with the capability to derive insights from data to continuously optimize user experience and improve conversion rates;
Skilled in content planning and copywriting for operations, with a strategic mindset aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty;
Hands-on experience in social media marketing, with in-depth knowledge of content management and advertising across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and Snapchat, to effectively boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
4. Language:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
5. Personal Attributes:
Strong execution skills and result-driven mindset with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently.
Excellent time management and team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Canadian consumer culture and the local food service market is a plus.
