About This Opportunity


The myCoke Manager will drive and monitor a business strategy specific to customer registration and usage, to retain and attract Coke Canada customers to execute their orders and submit service tickets online. The myCoke Manager must have the capacity to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders to move our business towards digital expansion. Leveraging digital capabilities and reducing F2F ordering time is the key to success.
You will lead a team of 3 Subject Matter Experts (Innovations, Marketing & Commerce) who support the development of our ecommerce platform, day-to-day operations, which includes, customer communications, performance reports, project management, adoption strategies, customer onboarding, department presentations, online activity, and the execution of predetermined marketing campaigns.
Excellent project management and presentation skills are a must, along with the knowledge of B2B eCommerce framework. CPG experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities


  • Execute the myCoke.ca strategy across Canada to accelerate B2B digital platform usage
  • Drive myCoke online adoption strategies for Local, Regional and National Accounts, in collaboration with General Managers, Account Executives, DSMs, and Field Sales teams
  • Oversee predetermined marketing initiatives - banners and messaging campaigns.
  • Align to commercial directives and our look of success.
  • Create and deliver presentations to engage internal departments and customer accounts.
  • Monitor trending/target updates, enhancements, features, incentives, etc.
  • Extract, analyze and communicate data trends and business plans.


Qualifications


  • 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in eCommerce framework, execution, and management
  • Business Planning and Project Development
  • Ability to multi-task cross-functional workstreams, while managing high attention to detail
  • Proven background in analyzing performance, customer activity and analytics.
  • Strong business acumen
