About the Role
We're seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate
to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in managing online orders, supporting customer service, and handling returns and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values helping others.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text in a professional and timely manner
Process online orders, generate invoices, and handle payments
Manage daily scheduling and calendar coordination
Support customers with order updates, shipping details, and return logistics
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth operational workflows
Identify and report improvements to enhance the online customer experience
What We're Looking For
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite

Google Workspace
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
Proven ability to
