Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students. Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and supports students with disabilities. Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in learning, including hands-on activities and technology integration. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior in a positive manner. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

ECE certification from BC. Must have class 5 license with driving experience. First air certification. Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education settings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds. Proficiency in English Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively balance multiple responsibilities. Leadership qualities that inspire students and foster a collaborative classroom atmosphere. Proficient computer skills for classroom operation, lesson planning, and communication purposes. Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
