Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team as

on call teachers. This means that if we need a teacher to substitute they are available to come in.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering student engagement, and promoting academic excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize various teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices. Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Requirements

ECEA/Certificate in Early Childhood Education Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds. Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
