Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing, assignments, and feedback. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional strategies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs. Experience in classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning environment. Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.

Requirements

ECE Certificate

1-2 years experience

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate technology use.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and empathic towards children, Energetic and responsive

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
