Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively organize classroom activities. The Teacher will be responsible for fostering a love of learning and supporting the developmental needs of each student.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Lead classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special requirements. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

Certified in early childhood education preferred. Experience working with children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and staff. A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to fostering student success.

Pay: $18.80-$38.81 per hour
