What you'll do
Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration among students.
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Provide individualized support to students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's development and achievements.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum offerings and share innovative teaching strategies.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in preschool or private school settings, including Montessori methods.
Background in tutoring or specialized literacy programs.
Familiarity with early intervention practices for children with special needs.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
