About us:

Our goal is to Provide a safe and caring place for children to learn through play. .

We are a play-based program with a 20 child max per room.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver circle lessons and art along with scheduled themes
- teach self Help skills and facilitate play encouraging co operation, sharing and turn taking.
- Create a positive , safe and engaging learning environment for students

- work as a team with other staff to enhance the experience for each child

- play and engage with each child to build connections

Experience:
- Previous experience teaching or working with children is preferred (work or volunteer )
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom behaviours and facilitate play
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and initiative

- basic cleaning skills ( sweeping , vacuuming, mopping, wash dishes and tables)

Qualifications:
- Valid ECE certificate

-first aid certificate

-clean criminal record check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

This is a part-time position may lead to fulltime if the position becomes available and the candidate would like more hours. Majority of shifts will be during this time frame 9:30-5:30

We all provide wage enhancement to qualified ECE on top of base wage
