We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and parents to support student learning and development.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Utilize technology effectively in the classroom for teaching purposes and administrative tasks.
Create an inclusive atmosphere for all students, including those with disabilities or special education needs.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; experience in early childhood education is a plus.
Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
Proficient computer skills, including operation of educational software and classroom technology.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational skills to maintain classroom order and manage resources effectively.
