Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities. This role requires a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of each child's unique abilities.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and exploration. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child. Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior in a positive manner. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.

Experience

Proven classroom experience, preferably in early childhood education settings. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong background in teaching and caregiving roles, demonstrating the ability to connect with children effectively. Familiarity with developmental milestones and educational strategies for young learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues. Pay: $15.31-$32.97 per hour
