Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ECE Level 2 professional to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Observe and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teaching team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and learning spaces. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Support children with personal care routines as needed, including diapering and toileting assistance.

Requirements

Valid ECE Level 2 certification Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ability to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting. Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
