Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic

ECE Level 2 or ECE Level 3

professionals to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play an essential role in shaping young minds through play-based learning and hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based programs that encourage exploration and discovery. Provide a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued and supported. Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members. Observe, document, and assess children's growth and learning to inform curriculum planning. Collaborate with colleagues to create creative and engaging lesson plans and activities. Communicate effectively with families about their child's progress and daily experiences. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

ECE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification

. Solid understanding of early childhood development and learning through play. Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A caring, patient, and positive attitude with a genuine love for children. Ability to adapt, be creative, and bring energy to a collaborative teaching environment.
