Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ECE / IT professional who is preferably bilingual in Mandarin or Korean. This role is designed for individuals who have a strong background in early childhood education and possess the technical skills necessary to integrate technology into learning environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to fostering inclusive educational experiences for children, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate technology to enhance learning outcomes for young children. Provide high-quality childcare and educational support in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with other educators and specialists to create inclusive classrooms that meet the diverse needs of all students. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development. Utilize computer skills for classroom management, lesson planning, and documentation of student progress. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among children. Manage classroom activities effectively while demonstrating strong time management skills. Lead small group activities, ensuring all children are engaged and supported in their learning journey.

Experience

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration within an educational environment. Excellent writing skills for creating reports, lesson plans, and communication materials. Organizational skills to manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a structured learning environment.
