Ironwood Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to maintain a collaborative educational environment

- Organize and manage school activities, events, and programs

- Educate and mentor children ages 1-3 years to support their academic and personal growth

- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Experience working with children to create a supportive learning environment

- Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops

Qualifications:

Requirements applicants must have:

Current First Aid certification

Criminal record check required

ECE/IT Certification is a must

Minimum two years of Montessori teaching experience

Must be completely fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom effectively

Pay: $21-$30 per hour Plus WE
