Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for exceptional, engaged, excited and dedicated Chinese ECE Teachers who have a passion for working with young children in our Preschool and IT Room. The teacher applicant shall be knowledgeable in early childhood learning theories, teaching strategies and have training in classroom management and guidance.
Hours:
Our center is open from 7:30am - 5:30 pm, your work schedule will fluctuate during these times with notice.
Wage:
$21- $23/hour
based on education and experience.Plus, an additional $6/hour
will be paid to qualified Teachers as per the BC Wage Enhancement Regulations.Experience:
Previous experience is an asset but not a requirement Able to work independently and in a team environment Well-developed interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication in English Speaking Mandarin can be an asset
Conditions of Employment:
ECE Certificate Cleared Criminal Record Check Valid First Aid Certificate Proof of Covid Vaccination (both doses) Over 19 years of age
