Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant-Toddler Head Teacher to lead our infant-toddler classroom. The ideal candidate is caring, responsible, and passionate about early childhood education, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-3 years - Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through positive guidance - Communicate effectively with families and team members - Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with other educators and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications

- Valid ECE /Infant-Toddler Certificate (BC License to Practice required) - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - Reliable, responsible, and able to make independent decisions - Previous experience in an infant-toddler classroom - Passionate about respectful and mindful care for young children - Great team work spirit
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
