About Us:

At Magic Days Learning Center, we are a nurturing and vibrant learning environment focused on creating meaningful early childhood experiences. Our center operates with two distinct units: One for Toddlers and Infants, and another for Pre-K children. We emphasize the Flight curriculum and The Montessori approach, ensuring that each child explores and develops their skills in a thoughtful and developmentally appropriate way. Our Toddler program is designed to foster curiosity, independence, and learning through hands-on exploration and age-appropriate activities.

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Teacher. As a leader, you will play a key role in guiding a group of children through daily learning and developmental activities while working closely with our team of educators to create a nurturing environment. If you are motivated by helping young children explore their potential, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities and routines for the classroom, focusing on based Flight and Montessori learning and age-appropriate skill development. Create a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages exploration, problem-solving, and independence. Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that adhere to the Montessori approach and align with the Flight curriculum. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play, group activities, and individual attention. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that supports learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, routines, and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and ensure each child's unique needs are met. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards. Provide guidance and support to children in the process of potty training, as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum ECE Level 2 or 3 certification.

Previous experience working with Preschoolers in a daycare or early childhood setting. Strong understanding of Flight and Montessori curriculum principles is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Current First Aid/CPR certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.05-$28.62 per hour
