Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children aged 0-3 years Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with families and team members to support individualized learning plans Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and rest periods in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education best practices Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health regulations and safety protocols Communicate effectively with families about their child's development and daily experiences

Experience

Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or caregiving setting is highly valued University experience related to early childhood education or child development is a strong plus Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills in interactions with young children and families Knowledge of early childhood learning standards and best practices for ages 0-3 years Willingness to learn new teaching techniques and adapt to evolving educational environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
