Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our toddler class. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering academic growth in students.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Skills:
- ECE license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Proficiency in educational technology tools
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques
- Familiarity with curriculum development - More than 1 year of experience

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
