is seeking a dedicatedEmployee & Client Assistance Team Member (ECAT)
to provide support to both employees and clients in ourWest End Edmonton
location. Thiscasual relief position
involves assisting staff, clients, and supporting the overall operations of our organization that servesadults with disabilities
.Work Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overnights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday Weekdays: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
support
to employees incritical situations
, emergencies, or day-to-day inquiries. Assist withemployee scheduling
and relief shift assignments. Provideclient support
as needed and implementbehavior interventions
effectively. UtilizeICE computer programs
for data entry, scheduling, and reporting.Qualifications & Requirements:
Health Care
orSocial Sciences Certification
preferred. Knowledge of allI.C.E. policies and procedures
required.Computer data entry skills
(20 WPM) and professional telephone usage required. Experience incommunity rehabilitation
desired. Ability to handlestressful situations
proactively. Strong ability to workindependently
and as part of ateam
.Attention to detail
and strongEnglish communication skills
(spoken and written). Experience withpersonal care
,developmental disabilities
, and behavior management. ClearVulnerable Sector Police Information Check
(within last 6 months) required before starting.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $20.51 per hour
