Bulldog KIDS is actively searching for dynamic, passionate educators (no ECE qualifications needed) to join our fantastic team. Together we engage with and make contributions to the world around us. We build confidence, curiosity and work on necessary developmental skills. We are looking for full time staff who are able and competent to work in a diverse range or age groups. The open positions are currently in our school age before and after program with supply and cover during the day. For a great candidate, this position could transfer into a full time role in our toddler, preschool or kinder prep programs.

- Develop and implement a high-quality program, that supports and promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- Be able to communicate effectively and kindly with families and provide assessments as per the curriculum,
- Encourage a child\'s growth by planning and providing meaningful activities, play opportunities and encouraging necessary skills.
- Be willing to get down and messy, to interact and create meaningful connections with the kids
- Bulldog\'s program will require more planning and teacher engagement than other programs. The salary is set to reflect this.
- A passion for working with children
- A current Criminal Check & Vulnerable Sector screening
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
- Experience in planning and implementing programs.
- To be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong interpersonal skills to gain trust and respect of children and their parents
- A team player attitude
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Engaging, positive and educator with great attendance record.
- An above and beyond mindset.
- Adaptability and manoeuvrability are a must.
