The CX department is the contact point of Biktrix to our customers. It's challenging, fast-paced, requires attention to detail, patience, and resilience. It's also incredibly rewarding work. Taking care of customers is one of the most important parts of our business and we are looking for the best of the best to help us do so. Reporting to the customer experience manager you would be responsible for interacting with customers online by email, chat, phone, and sometimes video calls. Helping with many issues ranging from the information of our different bikes, to sales, repair, warranty, and troubleshooting
We are looking for team members with the following Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service
Highly detailed oriented and able to share steps and processes clearly
Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure
Showing empathy and de-escalating conflicts is key.
Comfortable with Computers including google suite as well as learning new software
